The City of Sin, Las Vegas, Nevada was the latest stop on Eminem’sAnger Management Tour, playing a nearly sold out Thomas and Mack Center last night. There were a few unexpected surprises (such as M.O.P. and Mobb Deep appearing) and the show lived up to its name, as both headliners took shots at former friends and old foes.
50 Cent, backed by G-Unit led the charge. In comparison to the Roc the Mic tour of summer’s past (which included numerous jabs at Murder Inc.), the Gorilla Unit kept things tame. 50, who is never at a loss for words never mentioned his highly publicized beef with fellow label mate The Game. Performing his verse from “Hate It Or Love It”, the G-Unit front man stopped after the chorus and continued the show, almost as though the beef never happened.
The only subtle shots of the night came in the form of a few “F*** D-Block’s” courtesy of Tony Yayo, who proceeded to spit a 16 aimed at the Lox led crew and Fat Joe.
The night’s headliner, Eminem pulled no punches and came out swinging. President Bush was the first casualty of the set. After that, Slim Shady also fired shots at Mariah Carey, tabloid magazines and his mother.

As previously reported, Marshall addressed rumors that his retirement was forth coming. “If I do retire…” he told the crowd, “there will be no more Slim Shady… no more Eminem either.”
After teasing the crowd long enough, the rumors of retirement were piggy backed into an intro for “Rain Man” from his latest album Encore.
The rest of the show went off without any major complications, proving once again that Eminem still has more to give to the game. Fans can rest easy as retirement is not looming and the Anger Management Tour rolls on.
