Jamie Foxx’s fifth studio album, Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen, debuted at #9 this week on Billboard’s Hot 200 and #1 on the Rap & R&B Charts. Foxx’s latest offering and Furious 7′s soundtrack were the only two Rap and R&B albums to finish in the top 10 this week.
Snoop Dogg’s Bush album fell nearly 30 spots this week, bumping The Doggfather out of the top 25. Bush debuted at #14 last week.
Drake’s surprise mixtape-turned album, If Youre Reading This Its Too Late, continues to dominate the streaming count. This week, IFYRTITL racked up more than 15 million streams. Nicki Minaj’s streaming count has kept her afloat among the Top 25 for several weeks. The Pinkprint and J. Cole’s 2014 Forest Hills Drive have remained in the Top 50 Rap & R&B since they were released in 2014.

Three out of Jamie Foxx’s last four albums have debuted at the #1 spot on the Rap & R&B charts upon release. His latest offering, Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen, is the comedic-actor’s first album under the RCA imprint. More than 30,000 fans picked up a physical copy of Jamie’s latest album. It was also streamed over 1.5 million times.

Snoop Dogg’s “Bush” Falls Out Of Top 25
Snoop Dogg’sBush did not debut in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 last week, although it did manage to move over 27,000 units and obtain a streaming count just short of 3 million. During week two, Bush saw a significant drop in the amount of physical copies purchased. The album plummeted from the #14 spot to #44 on the entire chart.
Two Rap & R&B Albums In Top 10
Jamie Foxx’s Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen and Furious 7’s soundtrack are the only two Rap & R&B-related albums on Billboards Hot 200 this week. The #1 album in the country, Twenty One Pilots’ Blurryface sold 100,000 more albums than Jamie Foxx did and was streamed nearly eight million more times than Foxx’s album.
