In addition to rapper, producer and songwriter, Jermaine Dupri has another title to add to his list of accomplishments: restaurant owner. The So So Def label head will open Café Dupri“I am proud to be a part of the Atlanta community and am excited to be opening Cafe Dupri in the place I call home,” he says of his new project. “Cafe Dupri has innovative, high-quality menu items that are also healthy, and of course, have a little So So Def flair.”
The café houses 39 employees on 2200 square feet of property. In the future, Dupri is also looking to bring Café Dupri to New York and Japan.
