Rapper Chiddy Bang was escorted by police off the stage of his own performance at a homecoming concert at Clemson University on Friday Night (October 24). Police say they didn’t arrest the rapper but cited an “unruly” crowd and “an unsafe environment” for the decision to remove him from the stage according to a local Fox news report.

Shortly after Chiddy Bang’s departure, the emcee’s hype man continued the performance before promoters shut off the lights and ended the concert early.

TMZreleased footage of the incident in which the Newark, NJ emcee is seen being pulled off stage by several cops.

Shortly after the incident, Chiddy Bang took to Twitter and responded to comments from fans and a Tweet from fellow rapper Kyle Lucas.
