In a very smart move, Sony has moved to release date of Xzibit’s “Weapons of Mass Destruction” to avoid the November rush. The album is now slated for December 14th. Street singles “Ride & Smoke” and “Mutha Mutha” have already impacted, but look for the true single “Hey Now” – produced by Dre – to hit in a few weeks…
Also dropping in December is Cam’s oft-delayed “Purple Haze.” The album will feature Kanye West, Twista, the Diplomats, Lil’ Flip, and Jaheim. Look for it on December 7th from Roc-A-Fella…
