Not all Southern rappers are beefing a la Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane.
On the contrary, three of Atlanta’s brightest stars were pictured in the studio together. Usher, Young Jeezy, and Jermaine Dupri were pictured in several photos together, appearing to be working on a collaboration of some sort.
Presently, it is unclear whether the trio is just recording a single track together, or if they have grander plans.
Usher and Dupri are longtime collaborators, with Dupri producing the bulk of Usher’s breakthrough 1997 album My Way, as well as contributing to the singer’s 8701, Confessions, Here I Stand, and Raymond v. Raymond. Usher also notably collaborated with Jeezy for the hit single “Love In This Club.”
