There were no critical additions in the Hip Hop community on the Top 200 charts this past week. The Apathy-led reunion of the Demigodz, Killmatic, missed the rankings, allowing for previous 2011, 2012 and early 2013 releases to shift in rank.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ independent game-changer The Heist dropped a spot to #4, fast approaching the 500,000 benchmark. Kendrick Lamar’sgood kid, m.A.A.d city, A$AP Rocky’sLong.Live.A$AP and Future’sPluto are three major label debut albums that all gained ground from the previous week in the rankings.

The Weekend’s Trilogy Climbs 25 Spots On The Charts

Among the charts’ biggest changes was the Universal Republic Records retail debut from The Weeknd. Trilogy, a 2012 collection of Abel Tesfaye’s free mixtape work (House Of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes Of Silence) climbed to #36 from the previous week’s #61. The three-disc physical effort, which is also available digitally, features Drake and Three 6 Mafia’s Juicy J.
