Southern superstar Ludacris has just signed a deal with Sole City Inc. to produce his own line of footwear. The line, which Luda will have a hand in designing, will be called “Da’ Hood Collection by Ludacris.”
The line will not be limited to one type of shoe, but it will include casual sneakers, boots and more. The first shoe called “Da Block” will hit shelves in February 2004.
In other news, while Ludacris’ new album “Chicken & Beer” continues to do well on the Billboard charts, he has been catching plenty of flak for his album artwork and the negative stereotypes it supports.
