Really, who could have seen this coming? Redman, a staunch opponent of marijuana use, is caught by authorities with that very drug in his possession. His fans worldwide left dumbfounded that their hero indulged in marijuana.
This week at the Oslo airport in Norway, where Redman was arriving from Amsterdam, he was detained by authorities after dogs sniffed out pot on him. Norway allows for small amounts of marijuana (for personal use), but large quantities are illegal. Redman allegedly crossed the line of what was considered personal use.
Redman, along with his lawyers and show promoters, spent the better part of 6 hours trying to convince local authorities that Mr. Noble was not trying to smuggle drugs so that he could get to his show in Oslo. Perhaps they should listen to a Redman album to get a better idea of how much pot would be considered
