If those XXX pictures going around aren’t enough to give Eve a headache, I’m sure a lawsuit will do the trick. The first lady of the Ruff Ryders is being sued by Wilhelmina Modeling Agency for failing to pay the company the share to which they had agreed upon.
The lawsuit states that Blondie Rockwell Inc. (which Eve owns) and her manager Troy Carter entered into an agreement with the agency for two years to act as her “sole and exclusive representation” in all aspects of “commercial marketing.” This was said to include modeling, fashion, commercials, sponsorship, licensing and more.
The most severe of the claims by Wilhelmina is that they were negotiating a deal with Reebok, only to find out Eve had already signed a deal with them. The agency claims that agreement was still their doing. WMA is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
