With some other members of the Wu already 3 solo albums deep, Masta Killa is now just finally getting his chance to shine. “No Said Date” has been a long time coming for the mysterious emcee. Masta Killa has been in the studio for five years putting this album together, and using only in house production to do so.

You have to go all the way back to Ghostface’s “Ironman” in 1996 for the last Wu solo album that featured only in-house production. The beats will be provided by RZA, Allah Mathematics and True Master. Fellow clan members Method Man, GZA, Ghostface, Inspectah Deck, Raekwon and ODB will make vocal appearances.

“No Said Date” will drop this fall on Masta Killa’s own Little Shoes Music/Nature Sounds imprint. Don’t expect any clowning around from Killa on this album, “I know I seem serious and quiet to a lot of the fans, that’s because I take my work seriously, it’s not a game. The Clan and I work hard to give you the best.” says Masta Killa.
