It isn’t a rare occurrence to hear someone say that Inspectah Deck is their favorite member of the Wu. It is one of those situations that he is called underrated so much, he can’t be underrated any longer. The Rebel INS has been featured prominently on several of the Wu’s biggest hits.

He released his solo debut, “Uncontrolled Substance,” in 1999 to some disappointment. Despite Deck’s performance, the album suffered from mediocre production (like most Wu post-97). “The Movement” will drop on June 10th (pushed back from May 20th) on Koch/In The Paint.
