On Sunday May 4th there was a post on the message board at one of D-12’s fansites by someone claiming he was Proof and stating that we was jumped by Murder Inc. at a club. Due to the sketchy nature of message boards, nothing substantial was reported. Well, it looks as if it was indeed Proof posting the message.
Proof told allhiphop that, “Straight from the horses mouth, Murder Inc. caught me at the Rolexx in Florida. They got me outnumbered, 12 or 14 people to 3. I got no cuts, a lil’ bruised, but let it be known it is on and poppin’ and Irv was there…They snuck me, they were a bunch of kittens and DJ’s, because all I got was scratches.”
Now the big question is whether or not Proof and company will retaliate, and if so, how severely? Let’s just hope this situation stays under control and hip-hop does not receive another black eye.
