On Thursday night DJ Kay Slay dropped the highly anticipated response to Ja’s “Loose Change” on Hot 97. Introduced by Violater’s Chris Lighty who gets some choice shots in on Irv Gotti, Eminem opens up the track with a shout to 2Pac before his “Hail Mary” beat kicks in. Em rhymes using the exact same rhyme pattern as Pac, and 50 uses the same as Kastro did in the third verse.
“Come get me/if you motherfuckers want Shady/if Pac was still here now/he would never ride with Ja/nad da da da da da” Em taunts Ja before getting into his verse. Which apparently, was written before Ja dissed him. Busta closes out the song, sounding real pissed and tearing up Ja with some of the best lines of the song. I’ll tell you, it is fucked up to hear Busta dissing someone.
Any day now, Green Lantern will drop the “Shady Invasion Pt.2” mixtape which will have disses to everyone who has shit to say about all their naysayers; Benzino, The Source, Ja Rule, Royce Da 5’9, and Pacewon.
