RZA was recently interviewed at Wudynasty.com and shed some light on upcoming projects from himself and the Wu. He said he is working on three solo albums; one is the third Bobby Digital album, which will be called “Digi Snacks.” He is also working on an album called “Birth of a Prince,” which will chronicle his transformation from Prince Rakeem to Bobby Digital. Lastly, there will be “The Cure,” which he has been talking about for some time.
RZA also mentioned that with the collapse of Loud Records, the Wu are still unsigned at this point. He hopes to have another Wu album out by the end of the year and mentioned working with Dre and Puffy.
ODB has been out of prison for a couple months now, but is still not a free man, according to RZA he is in a mental health facility.
“Hopefully they’ll let him out in three months, but right now they say it’s not safe for him to be in contact with the public,” said RZA.
