Toronto’s own I.R.S. (Internal Reaction to Struggle) has landed a deal with Universal Music Canada. The trio won the future stars award during last years Canadian music week. Universal will re-release “Welcome to the IRS” on April 1st, complete with bonus tracks featuring Planet Asia and Attic. They will also be touring Canada with DMX and the Rascalz in the coming months…
