Looks like Marion “Suge” Knight may be headed back to the penitentiary. It may be from the same infraction that landed him in there a few years ago; a parole violation. Suge was taken into custody last week and is being kept in jail after being denied bail.
The violation stems from Sugar Bear’s parole condition that he cannot associate with gang members. This alleged association is believed to be in connection to some retaliatory shootings that took place earlier this year. At present time, Suge is being held for 4 violations. He is facing another year in prison if found guilty.
“Mr. Knight has done everything within his power to avoid any kind of trouble and at the same time remain active in the hip hop recording community, said David Z. Chesnoff, Knight’s lawyer. “His association with people that the parole board finds questionable is in all likelihood, if true, directly connected to the music business and nothing else.”
