Orlando Magic shooting guard Jason Richardson is bringing in upwards of $14 million during the final season of his contract. So at some point, you would assume it becomes difficult to shop for his birthday gifts. But Richardson announced via Twitter that his mother and sister surprised him with an early birthday gift by flying DJ Jazzy Jeff in for a two-hour deejay tutorial.

Despite some trouble with his iPhone, Richardson caught Jazzy Jeff in action, and was still able to enjoy the early thirtieth birthday present. Richardson’s Twitter feed features a link to a two-minutes segment of Jeff cutting up Run DMC’s “Peter Piper.”

“Just got done with some crazy knowledge and tips from DJ Jazzy Jeff,” Richardson tweeted. “Now he’s is about to go in on the tables—video coming on the way.”
