Eastern Conference emcee Cage and Def Jux/Mhz emcee/producer Camu Tao have teamed up to form the Nighthawks. The duo, both part of Weatherman supergroup, have based the album on the 1970’s motion picture by the same name.
The conceptual album is a “bad cop thrill ride for the entire family” and is produced entirely by Camu Tao and DJ Mighty Mi. Guest spots include fellow Eastern Conferencers Mr. Eon and Tame One as well as Metro and Space. The album dropped this past Tuesday on Eastern Conference Records.
