In a recent interview with Vibe.com, R&B sensation John Legend revealed some details about his next as-of-yet untitled album. Although recording has yet to begin on the project, the G.O.O.D. Music crooner indicated that he and Kanye West will be joining forces in handling executive production duties. 

“Well, Kanye and I are gonna go into the studio and work on my next album,” said Legend. “My next solo project will executive produced by me and Kanye and we’re gonna go into the studio soon to start working on it.” (Vibe.com)

John Legend also talked about his involvement in a number of different charity campaigns. He recently teamed up with Western Union for their “50 Days of Giving” campaign, which will help raise awareness and grant money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, CARE USA, Mercy Corps, Save The Children and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. He has also started his own charity foundation “Show Me Campaign,” which will work to help fight poverty.

“I have a foundation called the ‘Show Me Campaign,’ and we raise awareness and raise money to help fight poverty,” he said. “We help them with agricultural support, buiidling school, building health clinics, giving them access to clean drinking water, so kinda the basic infrastructure and basic needs that they have to help them help themselves, and then we also work for an education reform here in America.” (Vibe.com)
