This August 26 through 28 will mark the third annual Sunset Strip Music Festival. For this year’s event, the festival has enlisted hip-hop superstars Common, Kid Cudi and Travie McCoy for headlining performances. The three emcees will grace the festival’s outdoor stage on the event’s final day Saturday August 28.
Each year, the Sunset Strip Music Festival honors artists and individuals integral to the Sunset Strip’s musical history. This year’s honoree is Guns N Roses lead guitarist Slash, who in the past has collaborated with Hip Hop favorites like BLACKStreet, the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard and Michael Jackson.
