Kendrick Lamar, Lil Uzi Vert and Pusha T are among the big names set to hit the stage at Governors Ball 2023 this summer.
The lineup for the annual New York City festival was announced on Tuesday (January 17). “New York’s biggest party” will be taking over Queens’ Corona Park for the first time between June 9 and June 11 to give fans a thrilling three-day festival experience.

Kendrick has been tapped to headline the closing night on Sunday, which follows headlining performances from Lizzo and Odesza on the Friday and Saturday, respectively.
The rest of the star-studded lineup hitting the Big Apple includes Lil Baby, Joey Bada$$, Lil Nas X, Tems, Saba, Maxo Kream, Syd, KAYTRANADA, Giveon, 070 Shake, Kenny Beats, Central Cee, Phony Ppl and PinkPantheress.
“Words can’t express how excited we are to bring Gov Ball to Flushing Meadows Corona Park, one of the most special and storied parks in all of New York City,” said Tom Russell, co-founder of Founders Entertainment company.
“Since moving to Queens in 2021 we’ve been overwhelmed by the welcome the community has shown us, and we look forward to continue being a part of and giving back to that community for years to come. We are honored to call such an iconic venue our new home.”

Pre-sale tickets are on sale now for Citi card members via the Governors Ball website, with three-day passes available for $239 plus fees and VIP packages starting at $739 plus fees.
Governors Ball isn’t the only festival Kendrick Lamar will be headlining this year as he has also been tapped to perform at Bonnaroo in Tennessee and Spain’s Primavera Sound Festival.
K. Dot’s latest album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers arrived in May 2022, ending the five-year wait for a new project from the Compton rapper. It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with just under 300,000 first-week units, the seventh largest sales week of last year.

Mr. Morale also reigned supreme on Spotify, ending 2022 as the most-streamed rap album on the platform with 1.4 billion total streams. Kendrick could be adding more hardware to his trophy case next month as he’s up for eight awards at the 2023 Grammy Awards, which will be held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on February 5.
