Diddy is looking to offload his Beverly Hills mansion for an eye-watering sum — the same one that was raided by federal agents earlier this year.
According to Page Six, the embattled Bad Boy boss has officially listed the lavish property for $61 million following reports that he was preparing to sell it.

The future buyer will also enjoy “a state-of-the-art theater that seats 35 guests,” as well as “a two-story guest house [with] a large gym, recording studio and additional guest bedrooms.”
The 1.3-acre estate also features an expansive garden that includes “a resort-like swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, spa house, and an outdoor loggia equipped with a BBQ, bar and pizza oven.”
Prior to listing the home, Diddy called fellow celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Jimmy Iovine and Napster founder Sean Parker as neighbors, while the legendary Playboy Mansion sits not too far away.
He purchased the property 10 years ago for $40 million.

The mansion was one of two homes belonging to Puffy that were raided by Homeland Security in March as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.
The raids were described as “military-level” operations, with footage of the aftermath showing his Beverly Hills home was left trashed.
In the video, drawers could be seen pulled open, documents lying everywhere, safes broken into and computers torn apart. A close up of one computer revealed that the hard drives had been removed.
Diddy has yet to be criminally charged, but it was recently reported that federal prosecutors had expanded their investigation and subpoenaed a Miami hotel to provide records relating to the Hip Hop mogul and his ex Daphne Joy, dating back to 2008.

The subpoena asks not only for information about when Diddy and Joy stayed there, but also how they paid, contact information, IP addresses, hotel surveillance footage and more.
Puffy is currently battling a string of civil lawsuits accusing him of rape, sexual assault and sex trafficking, among other crimes. He has denied all of the allegations.
