Diddy is facing a possible indictment as federal agents are reportedly preparing to bring his sexual assault accusers before a grand jury.

CNN reported on Wednesday (May 29) that “possible witnesses have been notified by investigators that they could be brought in to testify in front of a federal grand jury in New York City.”

This would mark a significant development in the federal sex trafficking investigation into the Bad Boy boss and indicate that the U.S. Justice Department is seeking to file criminal charges against him.

Sources told CNN, however, that these potential witnesses have not yet been prepped for testimony and that federal investigators are still in the process of gathering evidence and questioning potential sources of information.

One source said investigators are being thorough and taking their time to ensure that an indictment, should there be one, is “bulletproof.”

Many of the accusers who have filed lawsuits against the mogul have already been interviewed by federal officers and are cooperating with the investigation.

Some have even handed over evidence that they believe may be helpful, according to CNN. Investigators are also questioning additional subjects, including corroborating witnesses to Diddy’s alleged crimes.

This reportedly includes at least one male sex worker who claims to have been victimized by Diddy and appears in footage from his home that is in possession of federal agents.

The investigation stems from the allegations detailed in the multiple sexual assault lawsuits that have been filed against Diddy since last November — all of which he has denied.

The probe is said to focus on allegations of sex trafficking, as well as money laundering and illegal drugs.

News of the investigation was made public in March when two of the mogul’s properties were raided by Homeland Security, during which various pieces of evidence were seized.

Diddy himself was not home at the time of the raids and was not arrested, but his alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, was handcuffed at a Miami airport for possession of marijuana and cocaine.

Paul has since accepted a plea deal that will allow him to avoid jail time.
