Bhad Bhabie has been left “shaken up” after being detained by police in a case of mistaken identity.
The “Gucci Flip Flops” rapper (real name Danielle Bregoli) was surrounded by LAPD officers at a gas station on Tuesday (June 11) near Woodland Hills, California, a suburb of Los Angeles.

Bhabie’s Mercedes-Benz matched the description of a car that a burglary suspect in the area had used to flee the scene, which caused the mix-up.

The 21-year-old rapper/OnlyFans star later addressed the incident on social media, writing: “Yesterday we got pulled over by LAPD. They eventually released us and explained they were looking for a similar vehicle that matched the description of a car involved in criminal activity.”
She added: “We are okay but a bit shaken up. Luckily my daughter was not in the vehicle at the time.”

Bhad Bhabie’s unintended brush with the law comes just a few months after she welcomed her first child with boyfriend Le Vaughn.
The online personality, who rose to fame through her viral 2016 appearance on Dr. Phil, announced the news by posting a photo of her cozily embracing her newborn baby girl, who is called Kali.
Bhabie first unveiled her baby bump last November in a series of photos shared on social media.
She captioned the photoshoot: “[pink heart emoji] ITS [bow emoji] A [pink heart emoji GIRL [sparkly-heart emoji].”

The news didn’t come as a huge surprise to fans as they had already begun speculating that the “Gucci Flip Flops” star was pregnant when she was spotted hiding her stomach during an outing that same month.
