6ix9ine has called out Gunna for supposedly incriminating Young Thug and other YSL members by taking a plea deal in the RICO case against the Atlanta collective.
The “Gummo” rapper, who himself has been plagued by snitching allegations after cooperating with authorities in the trial against Brooklyn’s Nine Trey gang, posted footage of Gunna pleading guilty in court earlier this week on Instagram.

The DS4Ever hitmaker accepted an Alford plea, allowing him to enter a formal admission of guilt to his conspiracy to violate the RICO Act charge while still maintaining his innocence. He was subsequently released from jail, where he’s been incarcerated since his arrest in May.
The video shows a judge asking Gunna: “YSL is a music label and a gang, and you have personal knowledge that members or associates of YSL have committed crimes in furtherance of the gang?” to which he replies: “Yes, ma’am.”
The judge then asks: “You were present when law enforcement officers stopped the vehicle in which you were present along with Jeffery Williams [Young Thug], where hydrocodone, methamphetamines and a firearm were recovered. These items did not belong to you?”
Gunna again answers: “Yes ma’am.”

In his caption, 6ix9ine wrote: “Just stfu and listen I know ya don’t wanna accept it[.] Your man is fighting for his life in court on a gang RICO,” while referring to Gunna as “Fatass Gunna.”
“Go ahead and make your 1,000,0000 excuses,” he added. “I stand on what ever I do or did. That’s why I’m still walking on this earth AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS TO ME. I am him pussy. Real n-ggas getting shot and kicked in there face, can’t be me.”
As the allegations of Gunna being a “snitch” gained traction, with the likes of Wack 100, Boosie Badazz and Freddie Gibbs also pointing the finger, 6ix9ne jumped on Clubhouse on Thursday night (December 15) to discuss the case further.
In a call with Wack 100 and others, the rainbow-haired rapper doubled down on his assertion that Gunna incriminated Young Thug by telling the judge that the drugs and weapon found in a vehicle they were traveling in didn’t belong to him.
“Did you just hear what the fuck I heard?@ he barked. “Did the judge say — I know you heard this shit mad times — ‘You and Jeffery,’ whatever the fuck his last name is, ‘was stopped in the car. It’s only you and Jeffery in the car. They found a handgun and drugs. Only you and Jeffery was in the car. You and Jeffery!’
“I hate when fucking idiots is not trying to see it. You don’t get it, n-gga? ‘Is this handgun and drugs yours?’ What he say?”
Elsewhere, 6ix9ine taunted Gunna’s hometown by saying: “Atlanta has been the quietest I ever seen ’em all fucking day. All of them n-ggas is quiet right now! They don’t know what to say! Their phone calls is ringing, ringing. ‘Yo, what should we say? Just stay quiet for now.'”
When Wack pushed back against his comments, arguing Gunna is a “worldly star,” he replied: “I put it on the whole fucking Atlanta. I’m standing on that, n-gga.”

6ix9ine previously suggested Gunna would cooperate with authorities in the RICO case shortly after the “Pushin’ P” rapper was indicted along with 27 other YSL members in May.
He shared a clip on his Instagram Stories of Gunna’s cameo in the 2021 film Dutch, in which his character, who is behind bars in an orange jumpsuit, asks police for fast food in exchange for information.
