Once again it’s on…I back to inform you of the new artist and familiar artists releasing music. Unfortunately there’s no particular order to today’s edition of the Underground Voices, messing around in the crates and with the influx of music. Well here it is!!! BMG’s newest label, Artist Direct records releases a new single from No Good (hey!! what can I say) titled “Ballin’ Boy“, the Hot Boyz type of hook makes it worth while listening, I don’t know about them Atlanta boys but, I know that they are possible to get a hot video from this single.
Next comes the self contained label, productions crew, artist Crisis Center Productions delivering Volume 1. The three song effort makes me proud to know underground will never fade. The stand out song that will immediately garner college radio support, “The Hurt” mixes, a little of Dj Premier’s creative scratches with a harder edge version of Mobb Deep style production, add in a vocal comparison to Everlast, for a very good combination to see some success.
