South Korean rapper Changmo made controversial comments recently on his Instagram page.
Last February 7, the rapper made comments over a statement he made on his Instagram story. He posted a photo, which has since expired, stating: “Losers are typically under 180 cm (5’11) tall and can’t earn money.”
According to website Allkpop, in another Instagram story, he writes: “Men and women shouldn’t fight, please,” and posted a photo of a Ferrari with the caption, “Everyone should just live without comparing yourself to others. Well, I’m not going to go sell this!”

The rapper’s comments have gained attention from angry Korean netizens and they quickly spread across online communities. Netizens reportedly commented on his posts, saying,
“He’s speaking whatever just because he’s going to the army,” “Is this what people call hip hop?” and “I hope he’s joking.”
Changmo has announced that he will be enlisting in South Korea’s mandatory military service this year. In an Instagram post he explained, “I will be enlisting in the military next year (2022). When I enter, I really want to overcome my alcohol dependency.”
Last November, the artist made his comeback with the single “Hourglass” off his 2021 album Underground Rockstar.
