The self-proclaimed “King of the South,” without question, T.I. is a leading figure in the emergence and dominance of Southern Hip Hop. In 2001 he released his debut album I’m Serious on Arista Records, his only project with the label. After being released from Arista, Harris signed to Atlantic Records and started his own label, Grand Hustle Records in 2003. T.I. has released 11 studio albums, with seven of them reaching the top five of the US Billboard 200 chart. He’s had number-one hits like "Whatever You Like" and "Live Your Life" featuring Rihanna. As an actor he has starred in the films ATL, Takers, Get Hard, Identity Thief, the Ant-Man franchise, and his own reality series on VH1’s, T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle. He has most recently made a foray into stand-up comedy.

He took the name from his paternal grandfather.
T.I. made his acting debut in the hit film ATL.
“Rubber Band Man” was his first hit, peaking at number 30 on the Billboard 100.
Strained after it was found out he checks her hymen every year and is against her having sex, causing her to have a breakdown on their reality show.
He and his wife Tiny were accused of sexual assault and human trafficking by multiple women but won the case largely due to the statue of limitations.
He dropped The L.I.B.R.A. in 2020.
